             CFD Unloaded!  Starting  March 1,  2016!
CFD Unloaded is our Bootcamp style class focused on fun, fast paced WODs that feature many CrossFit staples, but leave out the barbell movements and the more technical gymnastics movements.  All levels of fitness will find benefit from this awesome fitness program!
Unloaded Times and Rates when the program begins!
6 Week- 6 week Camp starts July 19th
Tuesday- 6:30am
Thursday 6:30am
Saturday 7:30am

$75 sign up before July 1st
$100 after May 3rd and for the first week
$10 drop in fee past the first week

Fitness is a passion and a tool to build lasting relationships and to see people reach
their goals and fullest potential. I am truly blessed to be a part of something I love
and use it for personal growth and see others grow as a result. Going on eight years,
I have had the privilege to lead and mentor people in the fitness field.
Bootcamp is my favorite workout style. It’s a little like a buffet, you get a lot of variety!
It will be worth your while from the time you enter the doors until the time you leave.
As an endurance junkie my style is a bit off the beaten path. No class will be the same and
there will be some surprises in store along the way. Creative, challenging, and fun workouts
make up the bulk while pushing our limits. We are putting down the barbells and increasing
our strength, endurance, and stamina with body weight exercises, cardio, and overall
conditioning. Walk in the door as a newbie or use this as a way to help make those PR’s happen in your Crossfit workouts.  One thing is guaranteed- You won’t be disappointed!
