Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results.
Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
After participating in regular CrossFit classes for six months and seeing amazing results, I wanted to improve my performance even more and start competing, but had no idea where to start.
That is when I approached Elliott about personal coaching. I had my list of personal goals, but after speaking with Elliott, I realized that it wasn’t just about the goals, it was about the mindset that it took to become a great athlete and to push myself to improve and to perform in a competitive setting. He took my list of goals and began to work with me to uncover various weaknesses that I needed to work on.
Within three months of starting the personal coaching program, I had achieved amazing results. I had better times on the workouts, my form was improving for all my movements, and my mindset as an athlete had improved tremendously. I was provided with a workout program that was tailored to my needs and areas that needed improvement, while still being able to participate in the class WODs with my friends at the gym. Elliott not only provided me with a personal training program, but was also there to improve my mindset as an athlete and overcome any mental blocks that may hinder my performance. I was also provided with counseling on my diet and was advised on how I would need to change it in order to perform my best every day. Elliott worked with me on a daily basis to see how I felt during the workouts and how my sleep and eating habits affected my performance.
